2. REVIEW YOUR ORDER

Click the Cart Icon on the Header to review everything you placed in your cart

3. PICK UP OR DELIVERY?

For Pickup, you'll be asked to choose the branch you'd like to pickup from. Please choose the nearest branch to your address.

4. PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

Please be ready with your Contact Information, Billing Address, Shipping (Delivery) Address.

5. COMPLETE PAYMENT

You can choose to pay via Debit or Credit Card (using Paypal), GCash or Cash on Delivery / Pickup

Once you’ve completed payment for your order, you will receive:

YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION

You'll receive an Email or SMS notification confirming your order. You have a window of 5 minutes to cancel your order, otherwise it will be considered Confirmed and In Process.

And then, please watch out for:

YOUR PICK UP OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

You'll receive an Email or SMS notification when your order is on its way to you or ready for pickup. Our team may also coordinate with you via mobile. Please be on the lookout.

TURNAROUND TIME

FOR EBI 10:
• Orders placed online are processed between 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM from Mondays to Sundays.
• Platters require two (2) hours advance notice to be prepared. Orders for platters are delivered on the day and time you assign on your order.

FOR FOOK YAH:
• Orders placed online are processed between 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM from Tuesdays to Sundays.

Our food items, except for the platters, are delivered within 60 min to 90 min depending on the volume of orders and the factors such as weather and availability of rider, upon placing the order.

The website allows you to pre-order. Make sure to input the date and time you desire your food items to be delivered should you opt for pre-order.

We deliver to all areas within Metro Manila.

Our official delivery partner is Lalamove. Our shipping rates are based on their rates. See below for the shipping fees:

In cases where your area is not readily served by Lalamove, there may be some adjustments to your delivery fees, which will be communicated to your by one of our liaisons prior to processing your order.

We will exert best efforts to ensure the quality of the food to be delivered.

You may choose Store Pick Up as a Delivery Option when you checkout.
